3. Account Terms

Account Sharing

Personal accounts are for individual use only. Account sharing is prohibited except for Business plans with multiple seats.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use SecuriMail to:

• Engage in fraud, impersonation, or illegal activities
• Violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights
• Circumvent service limits or abuse our systems
• Create accounts for the purpose of reselling masks
• Use automated systems to create masks in bulk without authorization

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.

6. Payment & Billing

Pricing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.

Billing Cycles

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription in your account settings.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. No refunds are provided for partial months or after the 30-day period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

SecuriMail, our logo, and related marks are our trademarks. Our software, website, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your masks will be deactivated and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

SecuriMail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the service will meet all your requirements
• The accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecuriMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SecuriMail from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
